Hungry, Cold and Exhausted. The hours since you got lost has felt like days. Not long ago the darkness and mist started to creep closer and as you stumble past a tree you seen four times already, you stumble. The impact as your head hits the cold ground shoots a pang of pain through your body. The mist around you takes the opportunity to flood over you. Darkness envelops your eyes.
When you wake up, the cold of the woods seem less, the pain in your joints have eased. From beyond the trees, you can spot a warm pulsating light.
Brushing the dirt off your clothes, you stand up. The glow seems stronger now. Beckoning you with its bright allure, you imagine you can feel its warmth already.
As you slowly start stumbling towards it, your body lies cold and lifeless behind you.
